Any modern phone works. Slow steady pan, head height, walk every room edge-to-edge, hold the camera level. We send a one-page shot guide after you book. Typical input is a single 2–6 minute video, under 1 GB.
Up to about 4 GB through our upload link. Anything larger, send via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or iCloud. We re-encode on intake, so don't pre-compress on your phone.
48–72 hours on Single Demo and Studio plans. Brokerage gets 36–48 hours. Enterprise is contracted to an SLA. We flag immediately if a reshoot is needed.
Any surface that accepts an iframe — Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, custom builds, most direct-booking platforms (Lodgify, Hostfully). For MLS or social, we provide a shareable URL and an optional vertical social cut.

You do. You keep ownership of your footage and your property; on delivery you receive a license to use and embed the finished tour for your business. We host it, and you can request the underlying files or deletion at any time.
We check on intake and flag it immediately. If a capture isn't usable, we give reshoot guidance before any production fee applies — you're never charged for a dead end.
Usually, yes. Most MLS-linked listing pages accept an embed or a shareable link. Where a specific MLS blocks iframes, we provide a URL to drop into the listing notes, plus an optional vertical social cut for feeds.
The first 12 months are included on every production fee. After that, a small monthly hosting fee keeps the demo live and embeddable; cancel any time and we archive it for you. (Exact monthly figure confirmed at delivery.)
