Reconstruction time scales with the length of your video and pipeline load, so longer walkthroughs can take longer. You'll get a link and an iframe snippet the moment it's ready, and a failed reconstruction is never charged.
Yes. The tour is yours — a shareable URL, an embed snippet, and the underlying file. Hosting is included while your plan is active, and you can download the file for archive anytime.
Any surface that accepts an iframe — Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, most direct-booking platforms — plus a plain URL for MLS notes, DMs, iMessage, and email signatures.

White-label domains, a contracted SLA, CSV/API bulk intake and a named account manager are the Custom tier, and that's in development with design partners — not sold yet. Volume pricing is real but starts at 300 tours a month, from $9 a tour. Below that the self-serve ladder is cheaper and available today: Team at $399/mo for 20 tours, Studio $899 for 50, Brokerage $1,999 for 125, Portfolio $3,999 for 300.
