A gallery is twenty framing decisions the buyer didn't make. A walkthrough video is a path the agent chose for them. Neither is what you want before spending six figures on a room you've never entered.

What you want is to walk it — any hour, from any city, as many times as it takes to decide. The technology to do that existed for a decade. It cost thousands in dedicated camera hardware, took weeks to deliver, and locked the file on someone else's server — so it was reserved for the top of the book and skipped for everything else.
In 2023 a paper from Inria and the Max Planck Institute described Gaussian splatting: a reconstruction that trades a mesh for a cloud of oriented, coloured Gaussians. Ordinary phone video became a viable input. VOLUME is the wager that when a walkable tour costs $99 instead of hundreds, it stops being a luxury and becomes the default on every listing.
You do the shot. We do the geometry. Your buyers do the rest.
Four rules we don't bend.

The person shipping the listing ships the tour.
Not a photographer. Not a scheduling third party. The agent walking the unit at 8 pm on a Tuesday, with the phone already in their pocket.

A failed reconstruction never charges.
If the pipeline can't rebuild the room, you pay nothing and it doesn't count against your plan. The cost of the guarantee is on us.

Every tour is a file you own.
Download the .ply at any time. Portability is a promise, not a loyalty program — if you leave, you leave with your data.

Build in the open.
The roadmap, the changelog and the status page live in the same repo as the product. If we're quiet, ask us why.
