The service

VOLUME produces interactive 3D property tours from walkthrough video you provide, and hosts the resulting demo so it can be embedded or shared by link. Specific scope, turnaround, and pricing are agreed per project or plan.

What you provide

You confirm you have the right to film and share the spaces and media you send us, and that doing so does not breach anyone's privacy or contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of property details you ask us to display.

Ownership and license

You keep ownership of your footage and your property. We retain ownership of our tooling and pipeline. On delivery, you receive a license to use and embed the finished tour for your business. While hosted with us, the demo stays live subject to your plan; white-label terms are set in enterprise agreements.

Payment

Pilot and single demos are quoted up front. Volume and enterprise arrangements are invoiced per the agreed terms. Hosting is included for the first 12 months on each production fee; continued hosting after that is covered by a small ongoing fee.

Disclaimers and liability

We deliver the service with reasonable skill and care, but we don't guarantee specific commercial outcomes (such as bookings or sales). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. We may update them as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Questions? Email hello@volumevirtual.com.
