What we collect
When you submit the contact or demo-request form, we receive the details you provide: your name, email, company, use case, number of spaces or units, an optional website or listing URL, and your message. We use these only to respond, scope your project, and provide a quote.
Walkthrough media you send
To produce a demo we process the walkthrough video and any property files you share. We use this material solely to create and host your interactive 3D tour. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train third-party models. Source media is deleted on request, or after delivery if you ask us to.
Analytics and cookies
We aim to keep this site light. No advertising trackers are loaded. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this page and, where required, request consent. Hosting and security may set minimal functional logs.
How we store and share data
Your information is kept on managed infrastructure with access limited to the people delivering your work. We share it with service providers (for example email and hosting) only as needed to operate, never for their own marketing.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email hello@volumevirtual.com and we will action reasonable requests promptly. To stop commercial email, reply STOP to any message from us.
