$129/month covers 5 tours — cheaper than 5 single purchases from the third tour on, and hosting stays included for as long as you are subscribed.
$399/month puts 3 people in one workspace with a shared library, roles, and 20 tours a month. Walkthroughs can run to 8 minutes instead of 5.
Past about 20 tours a month, overages cost more than the next plan. Studio is $899 for 50 tours and 8 seats; Brokerage is 125 tours across 20 seats. Both work out cheaper per tour than Team.
Portfolio is the top published plan — $3,999 for 300 tours and 50 seats. Past that, volume rates start at $9 a tour. The white-label, SLA and bulk-intake extras are in development with design partners and not yet for sale — if that is you, come and shape it.

There is no feature gating on a VOLUME plan. What a plan buys is quota — tours a month, seats, walkthrough length and the reconstruction ceiling — plus the hosting terms. The product surface is the same whether you spent $99 once or $399 a month. Numbers here are read from the same configuration the billing code enforces; see the facts page.
The mechanics, before you buy
The parts that turn into a surprise invoice somewhere else. Stated here, before you buy.
No card at signup. You see a finished, embeddable tour of your own space before you are asked to pay for anything.
One successful reconstruction. If a walkthrough fails to reconstruct, it is not charged and does not count against your quota — you can re-shoot and try again.
Typically under an hour from upload to a live link. That is a target, not a guarantee, and the dashboard shows the real state of your job the whole time.
Solo overages are billed at $99 per extra tour. On Team and every tier above it, overages are $49 per tour and $59/month per extra seat, billed monthly in arrears — the same rate on each, so the saving at scale comes from the larger included allowance, not a cheaper overage.
Separate from quota, each plan has a hard monthly job limit as a runaway-spend guard. It sits well above normal use, and an admin can raise it on your workspace if you need more.
Single-tour purchases include 12 months of hosting, then $9/month keeps that tour live. Subscription hosting is included while the plan is active. Either way the splat file stays downloadable, so you are never locked in.

The reasons people hesitate
What if the reconstruction comes out bad?
A failed reconstruction is never charged and never counts against your quota, so a bad shoot costs you nothing but the re-shoot. If we can't return an embed-ready tour from a usable walkthrough, you get a full refund. The shot guide is five rules long and none of them is about hardware.
Am I locked in if I stop paying?
No. Every tour is downloadable as a splat file on every plan, so the thing you paid us to make is on your own disk. Hosted links need hosting — that is the honest limit — but the file does not expire and is not ours to withhold.
Is my phone good enough?
If it shoots 1080p video, yes. Reconstruction works from the frames of an ordinary walk — any recent iPhone or Android, no gimbal, no 360 rig, no tripod. That is the whole premise of the product.
How does this compare to Matterport on cost?
A Matterport listing is typically a few hundred dollars of shoot plus a monthly platform fee; VOLUME is $99 and your own phone. The row-by-row comparison also names the three cases where Matterport is the better buy.
Can I put it on my own domain?
Not yet. Tours live on volumevirtual.com today, and custom domains are part of the Custom tier that is still in development. Embeds work on any site right now — one line of HTML — so the tour renders inside your own listing page even while the URL is ours.
Do I need to talk to sales?
Not for a published plan. Everything from a single tour up to Portfolio is self-serve, and cancelling is a button in your own settings. A call only becomes worth it past 300 tours a month, where a contracted rate beats the published ladder — and for the Custom tier, which is not for sale yet anyway.
