One spatial layer for every unit you operate.Priced to scale as high as you run.

Built for the operator shipping 20 to 10,000+ demos a month — a multi-office brokerage, a hotel group with per-room demand, a property manager with rolling vacancy, a franchise network standardising on spatial media. Volume per-unit pricing, a contracted SLA, white-label embeds, API and bulk intake, and one named account manager.

Who runs at volume

Four kinds of operator. One spatial standard.

If your properties number in the hundreds or thousands, the deliverable is the same — an interactive 3D demo per unit — but the pipeline, pricing, and delivery are built for scale.

BROKERAGE GROUPSSEG / 01

Every listing, every office, walkable.

Standardise interactive 3D demos across agents and branches. One pipeline, one dashboard, white-labelled on your domain — so the whole group ships listings buyers can walk.

HOTEL & HOSPITALITYSEG / 02

Per-room demos at property-group scale.

Run a demo per room type across an entire portfolio of properties. Lift direct-booking take-rate everywhere at once and keep every suite represented honestly.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENTSEG / 03

A spatial record for every door.

Self-tour vacant units and keep dated condition records across thousands of units. Bulk intake from your existing drives turns rolling vacancy into a steady pipeline.

FRANCHISE & DEVELOPERSSEG / 04

One spatial standard across the network.

New-build developers and franchise networks roll out a single interactive-demo standard, with API delivery into your own systems and consistent rendering everywhere.

· 02 / VOLUME RATE
Pricing at scale

The more you run, the less each demo costs.

Per-demo pricing steps down as your monthly volume rises — from a 20/mo pilot at $140 a demo toward a custom floor near $36 at platform scale. Drag the estimator to see where your run-rate lands. These are indicative rates; the contracted number is set on a call and trued-up quarterly.

Beyond 10,000 demos a month we build a dedicated pipeline with a custom rate floor. Hosting is included while a demo is active; multi-year commitments and annual prepay reduce the rate further.

· 03 / CAPABILITIES
What's included

Everything the self-serve plans have — plus the machinery for scale.

Volume pricing is the headline. The reason groups stay is the operational layer underneath it.

VOLUME RATECAP / 01

Per-unit pricing that tightens at scale.

The more you run, the less each demo costs. Indicative rates drop from $140/demo at pilot volume toward a custom floor for platform-scale networks.

SLACAP / 02

Contracted turnaround.

A written SLA on enterprise queues with named accountability for misses and same-day reshoot triage. Priority lanes for time-sensitive launches.

WHITE-LABELCAP / 03

Embeds on your own domain.

Demos render on your subdomain (tours.your-brand.com) with no VOLUME mark in the viewer when contracted. Your brand, our pipeline.

INTAKECAP / 04

API + bulk ingest.

Drop a CSV of properties and shared-drive video links (Drive, S3, Dropbox). We pull, process, and return embed URLs — or push them straight into your CMS via API.

DASHBOARDCAP / 05

One dashboard, many seats.

Per-office and per-user seats, status on every demo in flight, and exportable usage. Role-based access for admins, uploaders, and viewers.

ACCOUNTCAP / 06

A named account manager.

One person who knows your account. Monthly review, quarterly volume true-up, and a direct line — not a ticket queue.

SECURITYCAP / 07

Your data, handled.

Demos hosted on managed infrastructure, access-controlled embeds, and deletion on request. We process footage to deliver demos and nothing else.

BILLINGCAP / 08

Procurement-ready.

Single consolidated invoice, Net 30 / Net 60 on annual contracts, PO workflow, and an MSA on request. One line item instead of hundreds.

ONBOARDINGCAP / 09

A guided rollout.

We start with a paid pilot, wire up intake and embeds, train your uploaders, then scale volume on a schedule you set.

· 04 / ROLLOUT
How we onboard

Start with a pilot. Scale on your schedule.

Nobody flips ten thousand units overnight. We prove the deliverable on a slice, wire up the pipeline, then ramp volume on a timeline you control.

01

Pilot

We agree a volume band and run a paid pilot on one office, property type, or region. You see the deliverable and the workflow before committing to scale.

02

Integrate

We wire bulk intake from your drives and connect embeds or the delivery API to your CMS. Uploaders get a dedicated link and a shot guide.

03

Roll out

Seats and dashboard go live across offices. White-label domain is configured. The first full-volume month runs against the SLA.

04

Scale & true-up

Volume ramps on your schedule. A quarterly true-up keeps the per-unit rate matched to actual run-rate, up or down.

· 05 / FAQ
Procurement, answered

The questions a buying committee asks.

01How does pricing actually work at volume?
You commit to a monthly volume band and pay an indicative per-demo rate that drops as the band rises — from around $140/demo at pilot volume toward a custom floor at platform scale. The calculator on this page shows directional numbers; the contracted rate is set on a call and trued-up quarterly against actual run-rate.
02How high can volume go?
As high as you need. The published bands run to 10,000+ demos a month, and beyond that we build a dedicated pipeline with a custom rate floor. Franchise networks and platforms embedding spatial media across thousands of properties are exactly who the top bands are for.
03Can we white-label the demos?
Yes. On contracted enterprise plans demos render on your own subdomain with no VOLUME mark in the viewer. Your buyers and guests only ever see your brand.
04How does bulk intake work?
Send a CSV of properties plus shared-drive links to the walkthrough videos (Google Drive, S3, Dropbox). We pull the batch, process it, and return embed URLs to your dashboard — or push them into your CMS through the delivery API.
05What's the SLA?
A written turnaround commitment on your enterprise queue, typically 24–48 hours, with named accountability for any miss and same-day reshoot triage. Priority lanes are available for launches.
06Who owns the footage and the demos?
You do. We process your footage solely to produce the demos, host them on managed infrastructure with access-controlled embeds, and delete on request. An MSA and DPA are available.
07What are the contract terms?
Most enterprise agreements are annual with a committed monthly volume band, billed on a single invoice with Net 30 / Net 60 available. Volume can be trued-up quarterly so you're never paying for capacity you didn't use.
08Can we start small?
That's the recommended path. We begin with a paid pilot on one office or property type so you can validate the deliverable and the workflow before scaling volume across the organisation.
