• Product engineer (full-stack)

  Ships in Next.js + Supabase. Comfortable in Postgres schema design. Enjoys editorial-quality frontend as much as pipeline plumbing.

• 3D graphics / reconstruction engineer

  Splats, meshes, or NeRFs — the technical layer of the actual pipeline. If you've shipped WebGL / WebGPU in production, this is you.

• Growth / partnerships (real estate)

  You know MLSs, brokerage buying cycles, and how listing media actually gets bought. You'd own the Founding-25 program.

• Design (brand + product)

  Editorial-first sensibility. Comfortable in Figma AND Tailwind. Reads Linear, Framer, and Vercel the same way most people read magazines.
