Benchmarks, labelled honestly.Directional, not measured.

Any figure on this site marked ILLUSTRATIVE links here. These are directional benchmarks — how interactive media tends to perform versus static media — not measured results from VOLUME clients. We show the reasoning so you can weigh them yourself.

What we cite

Two directional benchmarks.

5–8×ILLUSTRATIVE
Time spent on a listing

Interactive media gives visitors something to do — they explore rather than scroll. Directional range for an explorable tour versus a static photo gallery.

2.4×ILLUSTRATIVE
Qualified enquiries

When out-of-town or remote buyers can self-qualify by walking the space, the enquiries that follow tend to be more serious. Directional estimate, not a measured conversion rate.

How to read them

What these numbers are — and aren't.

These are directional benchmarks drawn from the general pattern that interactive, self-directed media holds attention and pre-qualifies interest better than static galleries or linear video. They are not measured VOLUME client outcomes, and they are not drawn from a single named study we're presenting as proprietary data.

We label them ILLUSTRATIVE everywhere they appear because that's what they are: a reasonable expectation of direction and rough magnitude, not a guarantee. Your results depend on your listings, your audience, and where the tour is placed.

As signed deployments go live, we will replace these directional figures with measured results — attributed, dated, and reproducible. Until then, we would rather show the reasoning than dress an estimate up as proof. That's the same standard we hold everywhere on this site: no stock testimonials, no invented outcome figures.

Have data from your own portfolio you'd like measured properly? That's exactly what the founding-client pilots are for — real numbers, in exchange for a case study.
